What we collect

When you send a quote request or message through this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the job location and any project details you choose to share. We do not ask for more than we need to reply to you and quote your project.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to you, arrange a site visit and prepare your quote. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. Messages are delivered to our email inbox and a copy is stored securely with our website host so that no request is lost.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to quote, do the work and keep our business records, and delete them sooner if you ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is set only when the owner signs in to edit the website. Spam protection on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks that a visitor is a person, not a bot; it is not used for advertising or to follow you across other websites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you; it only tells us how many people visit and which pages they view.

Third parties

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the visit counts and form spam protection. Form messages are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Both are based in the United States, so your details may be processed and stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the countries where they are held. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
